The MARTA Clayton County Operations & Maintenance Facility is a 30-acre transit campus in Forest Park, Georgia, where thoughtfully designed landscapes integrate essential transportation infrastructure with welcoming outdoor environments. Chau Wall & Associates serves as the Landscape Architect of Record, providing comprehensive landscape architecture services for the entire campus. The scope includes sitewide landscape design, tree mitigation, and recompense planning. Working as a landscape architecture subconsultant to STV, the project's lead architectural firm, CWA collaborates with MARTA, HNTB as civil engineer, and a multidisciplinary team of design professionals. This coordination integrates landscape architecture with the complex operational, technical, and infrastructure requirements of a major transit facility.
