westchester

square

Midtown Atlanta, Georgia

Westchester Square is a 23 unit townhome community in the heart of Midtown in need of new traffic calming devices for truck and automobile traffic as well as new asphalt roadways.

CWA joined forces with WFS Construction to offer design and installation project management. Over the course of 2 years, we held extensive homeowner outreach meetings, designed the traffic calming devices that are firetruck rated and pervious, permitted with the City of Atlanta, acted as the client advocate in the bidding process, provided construction administration and project management to ensure the construction was installed per drawings.

dunwoody green

Dunwoody, Georgia

Dunwoody Green was awarded the 2013 Georgia Planning Award for Implementation. Once a casualty of the recession, the barren site with existing grid-like roads destined for 300+quadaplex units blossomed into a vibrant low impact mixed used development including commercial, grand central park for town events, community playground, and residential homes with public bike and pedestrian connectivity.

CWA assisted with the land planning, streetscape and tree program, bike and pedestrian connectivity, and individual landscape designs for each home.
